Steve’s journey in the HVAC industry began at 14, working summers as an apprentice in his family’s business. His passion and dedication propelled him to manage his own installation team after high school while pursuing HVAC classes to master the service side. Over the next decade, he excelled as a lead installer, service technician, and project manager. Following his father’s sudden passing in 2015, Steve built a robust leadership team, driving 15-20% annual growth and leading to a successful sale of the family business in 2023. Fueled by a dream, Steve founded Product Specialist Group (PSG) in 2024, committed to providing unparalleled HVAC sales and training services through honesty, hard work, and dedication.
